Our Services
Most of our work is generated by recommendations or word of
mouth and, by keeping our existing client base happy, return
customers. Our client list is wide and varied, We have worked for
a variety of local and county councils over the years together
with an ever-increasing number of housing associations such as
West Sussex County Council, Horsham Council’s Servite and
Chichester District Community Housing.
We Carry out works in many different categories of
establishment who choose us for their day to day maintenance:
Primary, Middle and Secondary Schools, Elderly, Mentally Infirm
Residential Homes, Multi-disciplinary Day Centres. Educationally
Behaviourally Disturbed Schools and Learning Difficulties Day
Centres and residential establishments. Out operatives are
therfore both flexible and understanding of a client’s needs and
as a company we can meet most client’s demands.

Customer Care
As a long standing business, many of our manufaturer’s
representatives will take our word when alerting them to a problem
with one of their products so, if something is wrong, we can obtain
replacements very promptly. It is our policy to honestly advise when
quoting approximate delivery times and we follow The Carpet
Foundation Consumer Code Of Practice.
Our Promise
We give all of our customers our best attention at all times, from
the first visitation all the way to the end of the job. Should any
problems arise we will respond promptly and efficiently. If it is our
fault we will correct it, if it is a manufacturing defect we will arrange
for the manufacturer’s representative to view it (if necessary) and
make sure it is corrected to the customer’s full satisfaction.
